We’re adding one of my very favorite postures -- the Yin style forward fold. Tips for you on this posture: your legs are completely limp. This is completely different from our Hatha Vinyasa style forward fold where the legs are active. In this yin yoga posture, pull your chin into your chest like a ragdoll, let the palms be face up, shoulders soft. Our goal is to traction the myofascial back line of the body by deeply rounding.
